Dr. John Besharse

Owner & Lead Physical Therapist since 2017, John embarked on a journey to redefine patient care when he recognized the need for stronger client-practitioner relationships. What started in a modest 8x10 room with just a table and some bands, has now blossomed into a thriving practice, doubling in size and expanding through a commitment to excellence. With a focus on the active individual, John's expertise spans sports and orthopedic rehab, dry needling, soft tissue mobilization, ultrasound-guided interventions, and state of the art treatment for comprehensive diagnoses. He specializes in neuromuscular orthopedic rehabilitation, stroke rehab, balance and fall prevention, injury prevention for athletes, vestibular rehab, strength and conditioning, passionately helping clients overcome years of discomfort and unlock their fullest potential. As a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, he is committed to offering affordable strength and conditioning programming tailored to each individual's needs. John has specialized training in the 180 System, a highly specialized neuromuscular training method that helps enhance athletic performance and recovery, making him one of only two practitioners in the state certified in this technique.

 

John is proud to operate the only clinic in the state that offers​ ultrasound diagnostic imaging in house for patients and clients​, ensuring comprehensive, convenient care for his patients.

Ian Ford

A dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant hailing from Paragould, Arkansas, Ian graduated from Arkansas State University with a degree that kickstarted his journey over six years ago. Since joining In Motion Physical Therapy in 2023, he has guided countless patients through their rehabilitation journeys specializing in neuromuscular rehab, post-operative rehabilitation , strength and conditioning and sports specific training. Ian is committed to providing personalized care and empowering clients to achieve their goals. When he’s not in the clinic, you can find him running trails, rucking, or racing across the state with his lovely wife and two energetic kids by his side. Ian believes in moving forward with strength and shares that passion with every patient he encounters.

Maleigh Inboden

Physical Therapy Assistant Meet Maleigh Inboden, a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapy Assistant committed to guiding patients on their journey to recovery. A graduate of Arkansas State University, Maleigh brings a fresh perspective and a compassionate approach to her work in rehabilitation. With 9 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy setting, Maleigh has honed her skills in providing personalized care to fit each patient's unique needs. Her areas of expertise include manual therapy, orthopedic rehab, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and balance training all aimed at helping every individual achieve their goals. Maleigh is known for her warm personality and ability to motivate her patients. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys being with family, church, and traveling. Maleigh is married and has two beautiful active children which keeps her active and engaged in her community. Maleigh is excited to continue making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves, helping them regain their strength and confidence.
