Your first visit is all about understanding your story. During your Initial Evaluation, you'll spend one-on-one time with a Doctor of Physical Therapy discussing your history, goals, and current challenges. We'll perform a thorough movement assessment, identify the root cause of your symptoms, and create a personalized plan to help you start making progress immediately.

 

Follow-up visits are focused, individualized sessions designed around your specific needs and goals. Every appointment is one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and may include hands-on treatment, targeted exercise, movement retraining, and education to keep you moving forward.

 

Our goal? To help you move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities you love with the confidence, knowledge, and tools to stay healthy for the long term.
