  • DOES IN MOTION PHYSICAL THERAPY TAKE INSURANCE?
    YES - We currently are providers of BLUE CROSS BLUE SHEILD OF ARKANSAS AND MEDICARE
  • WHY IS IN MOTION PHYSICAL THERAPY A PRIVATE-PAY PHYISCAL THERAPY CLINIC?
    Because of 3 major benefits to patients: - Direct cost savings for patients (cash-based clinics charge less than half of the amount insurance-based practices bill for the same procedure). - Less visits required to fix the problem - your visits are determined by the Physical therapist which more than likely requires less visits if you're compliant with education/home program provided - Direct Access - meaning you don't have to have a referral, just schedule an appointment with us - less appointments, less drive time, less stress -Increased quality therapy time (the physical therapist spends more time with each patient and less time completing paperwork). -This efficiency creates satisfied customers who see results faster.
  • IF A PRIVATE PAY CLINIC IS MORE BENEFICIAL TO PATIENTS WHY AREN'T THERE MORE OF THESE PRACTICES?
    Private Pay Physical Therapy clinics are a newer concept, and the main factor that makes private-pay practices work is the quality and expertise of the therapy provided. It takes a skilled and experienced therapist to have a successful private-pay physical therapy clinic because the best therapists accomplish the most in fewer visits. Dr. Besharses' experience, his unrivaled training in manual therapy and exercise prescription, and his reputation as an effective practitioner allow him the opportunity to maintain a private-pay practice.
  • DO PATIENTS NEED A REFERRAL FROM A PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO EVALUATION AND TREATMENT AT IN MOTION PHYSICAL THERAPY?
    No referral is needed. Patients seeking care from a physical therapist are able to receive evaluation and treatment from the therapist of their choosing without a physician referral. This provides overall convenient and very specific care for patients. Patients on MEDICARE DO REQUIRE a referral from a physician for Physical Therapy services unless it is a wellness visit which there is no skilled therapy required.
  • ARE PATIENTS OBLIGATED TO GO TO A SPECIFIC THERAPIST/CLINIC IF INDICATED ON A PHYISCIAN REFERRAL?
    No. Patients can seek treatment from the physical therapist or clinic of their choice if they are a cash paying patient.
  • WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCEDURE?
    -Payment is made the day of service. In Motion Physical Therapy, PLLC accepts cash, credit/debit, health savings account, check, BCBS of Arkansas, and Medicare.
  • WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR PATIENTS WHO WANT INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT?
    -Out of Network patients who choose to submit claims to their insurance company can do so with ease and accuracy by using the e-receipt provided following each therapy session
